Areas of expertise include tax research and analysis of property classification between building structural components, land improvements and tangible personal property. Additionally he has 25 years experience in real estate and construction.

Instructed multiple classes on cost segregation and depreciation and he has conducted round table discussions and presentations on unit of property studies for Lorman CPE, USPAE and CCIM.
